Crew Lead: 2 applicants, screening

Dave from Team B has expressed interest in the crew lead role. 2 years with us, solid performance. Promoting from within would let us hire a junior painter instead — easier to fill.

Also: Alex Torres (Team C) requested PTO Apr 14-16. Need to plan coverage for any active jobs that week.
